Counseling is not easy, our goal is to help equip you with the tools needed to obtain the outcome that brought you to treatment. 

Nikole R. Jiggetts, LCSW is a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Certified Trauma Practitioner and author. She is the CEO and owner of Replay Counseling Center, LLC. Also known as Replay Counseling and Consulting.

She is a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work, with an MSW in 2000.  Nikole has been working with children, adolescents and their families for over 20 years. 

She is passionate about providing individuals with the opportunity to work through their difficulties and begin to start feeling better about their lives utilizing expressive therapies.

In addition to serving as an adjunct professor for the VCU School of Social Work, she is also a life coach and parenting consultant. Nikole also provides training for mental health clinicians in the states of Virginia and Maryland as well as the District of Columbia, for the past 10 years.

Jessica Thomas, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in evidence based treatment.  She has worked with individuals and families for over 20 years, and enjoys helping people in discovering mental wellness.  She is passionate about working with adolescents, couples and families to the extent of having having evening and weekend availability. Working in Manassas Virginia , she provides mainly telehealth to those in Richmond but primarily in the Northern Virginia Area.

As a graduate of Liberty University with MA, and her vast experience working with teens, adults and families, her practice is strengths-based and recovery-oriented. She works with diverse populations of individuals struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, major life transitions and substance abuse challenges. 

Together, she will work with you on the struggles that renders you feeling hopeless, stagnant and helpless while facing what brought you in and help you to unravel the layers of hurt, trauma, pain or uncertainty.
